Before creating your first offer, take a few minutes to configure your vendor profile.

Your Profile page has several tabs. Let's review them.

Contact Info

This tab shows your name, phone, and email from registration. You can't change your email or phone, but you can edit your name by clicking Edit at the top right. Make changes and save.

Business Info

Enter your company details (name, phone, address) at the top of this page. To make changes, use the Edit button on the top right. In Business Description, describe your services. Use About Company to provide your philosophy, core staff, or other relevant details for potential customers.

On the Business Info page, you'll see several additional fields:

  • Upload Files: Files may include photos, menus, or other documents for potential customers.
  • Add a Link to Your Website: Your business URL
  • Find Us On: Primary point of sale, like Etsy, Amazon, social media, etc.
  • Customer Review: A review page on your website, or Google / Amazon review page.
  • Seller Policies: Add either a link to a URL where your policies are listed, or paste the policies into this field.

Bank Info

Enter the details for the bank account that will receive customer payments.

Subscription Plan

This page shows your current subscription plan. If needed, you can upgrade (or downgrade) your plan.

Payment Method

On this page, enter the credit card and billing address for your Shopvana subscription payments.

Proxy Address / ZIP Code

Depending on your subscription tier you can broadcast to proxy ZIP codes and / or from proxy addresses.

  • A proxy ZIP code allows vendors to target any ZIP code instead of your actual location. As an example, a zip code containing your city's airport or train station.
  • A proxy address could be a second business location, such as a temporary pop-up store.
